Matching underway
Many thanks to all of the mentoring applicants. I am currently working my way through each student application, and will be in contact with everyone shortly.
I am the founder / co-ordinator for the Gordon Graham-SYP Mentoring Scheme, and have been involved with the SYP since 2006: http://www.thesyp.org.uk/ I have worked in various roles in academic publishing (sales, production and editorial) for 10 years -- in Scotland, Ireland and England -- after studying publishing at Stirling University's Centre for Publishing Studies. I am currently a Senior Development Editor for an international science publisher. I am interested in all sectors of publishing, and the benefits of mentoring/coaching.
